Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without
notice. WilliamWest.org is not responsible for errors in
typography and/or photography. Customer pays return shipping
on all services. WilliamWest.org reserves the right to refuse
service to anyone.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within the
state of Georgia.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We know you will be happy with our products. Yet if for
any reason you are unhappy you may return it for a full
refund. Please follow our Return Policy below.
Returns:
Customers must first contact Customer Service for return
shipping information in order to insure a refund. Returned
items must be received within 15 days of the original invoice
date. No refunds will be issued returned without prior authorization
from Customer Service. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Customers must inform WilliamWest.org of any order discrepancy
within 10 days from invoice date to accurately investigate
and give proper attention to the issue.
Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase.
We do not issue store credit.
Restocking Fee
Williamwest.org does not apply a restocking fee at this
time. No refunds after 30 days.
Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately
one to two "business" days, provided the materials
are in stock and there are no problems with the payment
verification. All products are Made-To-Order. Please allow
2-4 weeks on Draperies, Bedding, and Accessories, allow
4-6 weeks on Down Products. Orders will not be processed
on weekends and holidays.
Back Orders
Any items that are unavailable will not be placed on back
order without Customer’s consent. WilliamWest.org will email
you the back ordered item's estimated time of arrival. Please
note that these dates are "estimates" and not
guaranteed to arrive on that date. A full refund will be
issued if products become no longer available. No Store
Credits will be given.
Order Status
WilliamWest.org will do everything possible to keep you
informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number
will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.
Security
Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions
are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit
technology. Once the information is received through the
internet, trusted authorized employees will process your
payment, and make sure that your information is handled
with the highest level of security.
Privacy
WilliamWest.org respects your privacy. We will not under
any circumstances sell or release your credit card information
to anyone. The information obtained from our web site will
be used only for purposes of order processing and for WilliamWest.org
to contact you when necessary.
Change Orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order
has not been cut. Please email our support department during
business hours to change your order. Please always have
your order number ready.
Cancel Order
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your
order has not already been processed and cut. Please email
our support department during our business hours to cancel
your order.
WilliamWest.org Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product delivered from WilliamWest.org
("WilliamWest.org "), you ("Customer")
agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below.
You and WilliamWest.org agree that the following terms and
conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction
between Customer and WilliamWest.org. Any attempt to alter,
supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by
the Customer will be considered a material alteration of
this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition,
these terms and conditions are subject to change at any
time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check
these terms and conditions carefully each time you place
an order with or accept delivery of any goods from WilliamWest.org.
1. WilliamWest.org SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - WilliamWest.org
offers our customers a 10-day satisfaction replacement or
refund guarantee on all purchases.
However, to take advantage of WilliamWest.org’s return guarantee
policy, Customer agrees to comply with WilliamWest.org 's
Product Return Procedure as below. Any breach of WilliamWest.org
's Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of WilliamWest.org
's replacement/return guarantee. Furthermore, all return
shipments not in compliance with these instructions will
be rejected.
Product Return Procedure:
· To return a product based upon WilliamWest.org 's replacement/return
guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
("RMA") number within the guarantee return period
for the product (described above). All requests for RMA
must be filed online. WilliamWest.org will not accept returns
without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued,
RMA numbers are valid for until 10 days after the invoice
date. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer
should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping
label of boxes containing the returned product.
· Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned
product to WilliamWest.org. Customer agrees to use only
reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery
and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer
agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss
for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees
that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable
condition, and will include the original packaging material.
If any component of the returned product is missing, WilliamWest.org’s
Return Procedure will be breached and WilliamWest.org will
reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional
charges against the customer for replacement of the missing
component.
· WilliamWest.org will not refund to Customer the original
shipping charges.
2. WARRANTIES
WilliamWest.org is the manufacturer of the William West
–The Collection (Custom Draperies, Bedding, and Accessories).
WilliamWest.org is a distributor on all other products.
These products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's
warranty, service, and support policy (if any). WilliamWest.org
assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty
of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall
have recourse only under such warranties and only as against
the manufacturer of the products. WilliamWest.org MAKES
NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE
PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. BelleAbode.com
DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO
ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM
STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES WilliamWest.org’s MAXIMUM LIABILITY
IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. WilliamWest.org
SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM
OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION,
OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH
EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. WilliamWest.org SHALL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE
CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE,
LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER
OR NOT BelleAbode.com IS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not binding upon WilliamWest.org
until it is accepted; WilliamWest.org must receive payment
before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered
is due prior to manufacturing and shipment. Customer can
make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged
with WilliamWest.org. You agree to pay the amount(s) due
as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest
on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the
highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
Shipping Charges: Your total cost for purchase of any product
will include shipping and handling charges shown on the
WilliamWest.org invoice.
Title; Risk of Loss: WilliamWest.org will arrange for shipment
of ordered product(s) to the Customer. WilliamWest.org will
advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but WilliamWest.org
will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays
in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond
its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts
of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local
government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts,
and freight embargoes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and
Conditions or the sales transaction between WilliamWest.org
and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State
of Georgia, without regard to its conflicts of law rules.
Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance
of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations
Convention on the International Sale of Goods. WilliamWest.org
and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the
venue of the State Courts of the State of Georgia, Dekalb
County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto,
and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive
jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer
also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any
legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise,
against WilliamWest.org that is more than one year after
the date of the applicable invoice.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with
the WilliamWest.org’s invoice respecting the products ordered
by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between
WilliamWest.org and Customer, and they supersede all prior
or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings,
representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications
between WilliamWest.org and Customer relating to the subject
products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented
by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
